Holding of intermediate exams faces delay in Karachi

Board of Intermediate Education in Karachi announced that intermediate examination will be held after May 6, 2025 due to non-availability of the Board chairman and examination halls, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
In the second phase commerce and arts examinations will be held. Sources said that there is no examination hall is available currently as matriculation examinations being held and these examinations will continue till May 2, 2025.
After conclusion of matriculation examinations, these examination halls will be utilized for intermediate examination.
Sources said that due to non-availability of chairman Board of Intermediate Education all the administrative matters also came to halt.
Approval of 300 examinations centers is still pending even notification regarding additional numbers is not issued.
Scrutiny of more than 27,000 forms still also pending and tabulation process is also delayed.
