Domestic airline Serene Air started cheating the passengers by cancelling their tickets after canceling flights, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
According to report, the cancellation of confirmed tickets by Serene Air became a headache for the passengers.
Passengers who had booked advance tickets were forced to buy new tickets at expensive prices by canceling their previous tickets.
