ECP de-notifies Imran Khan from wrong constituency

A mistake was caught in the written decision of the Election Commission Pakistan (ECP) Monday regarding the disqualification of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case, reported24NewsHD TV channel.

ECP issued a written decision of the Tosha Khana reference containing 36 pages which also had the signatures of the Chief Election Commissioner and four other members stating that the decision of the Tosha Khana reference is unanimous.

An error was identified in the 36 page decision of ECP regarding the disqualification of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case, Imran Khan’s constituency was written NA5 instead of NA95 which was wrong.
