VC Ziauddin Medical University takes on education boards over MDCAT exam

Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Ziauddin Medical University of Karachi Syed Irfan Haider on Monday criticised the performance of the education boards, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to details, Vice Chancellor Syed Irfan Haider said the admissions to medical and dentistry programmes at private sector medical universities would be delayed as a result of re-conducting of the MDCAT exam.
Irfan Haider expressed his dissatisfaction with the performance of education boards saying that they are not performing well, if they were functioning well, there would be no need for the MD CAT.
The vice chancellor suggested switching to a paradigm where the board's performance will enhanced.
“There is a big lack of mega management in our society”, said VC.
