Girl shoots father dead for resisting her love marriage

A young girl shot dead her Hafiz-e-Quran father on Tuesday for torturing her and creating hurdles in her love-marriage in Deepalpur, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to details, the girl, Umm-e-Habiba, killed her father Allah Ditta with a pistol. The girl accused her father of not only physically torturing her but also her mother and he also turned down her love-marriage proposal.
Later the police solved the blind murder and identified the accused within 72 hours with the help of latest scientific techniques.
Police also recovered the weapon which was used in the murder from the accused girl.
District Police Officer (DPO) Rashid Hidayat said that an exemplary punishment will be awarded to the girl on the basis of credible evidence while a comprehensive challan will be submitted in the court.
