In a thrilling display of skill and determination, Zain Mehmood emerged as the champion in the 19th Cholistan Jeep Rally that concluded on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The rally, held in the vast desert expanse of Cholistan, saw fierce competition among skilled drivers.
According to unofficial results, Zain Mahmood covered a total distance of 462 kilometers over challenging terrain in 3 hours and 51 minutes.
Jafar Magsi, another talented driver, secured second place, completing the distance in 4 hours and 4 minutes.
Not far behind was Sahibzada Sultan, who finished the rally in 4 hours and 9 minutes, securing third place.
Later talking to media, the winner Zain Mahmood said this marked the first time that he had clinched the coveted title.
He said that the competition was fierce, with seasoned drivers. I was remained runner-up in 2023. I have secured a substantial lead over my competitors, crossing the finish line with an impressive margin.
When asked about his strategy, he humbly stated, "I was in competition with myself. By maintaining focus and pushing beyond my limits, I managed to secure this win."
Mehmood expressed pride in winning Pakistan's most significant motor sports event. "The Cholistan Jeep Rally holds immense importance for all drivers," he said. "To come out on top is an honor and a testament to our collective dedication."
