Federal Minister for Communications Maulana Asad Mehmood has said that the foreign agents will not let rule in the county, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.
Addressing the joint session of the parliament, the JUI lawmaker lashed out at the PTI chief Imran Khan and his party for power hunger
He reminded the opposition of the PDM movement that resulted in the ouster of Imran Khan from the prime minister’s office.
“We will not let the accomplices of Israel rule our country. We will not let foreign agents get into the power corridor. I want to remind you of the mission that topple the PTI government."
As Maulana Asad Mahmood was expressing his views, PTI women lawmakers started sloganeering. PTI lawmakers showed up at the session for the first time after the PDM came to power. The PTI members gathered around the speaker and billowed slogans. They put off the protest after a few minutes.
However, he went for ignoring and said: “You are women. I can't say anything about you,” The speaker stressed they should go for showing respect to colleagues and listen to them. Just shouting and making noise has nothing to do with pubic service, he added.
Coming down hard on the foreign agents and power-hungry politicians, Asad said the last government landed the people in the lurch and created ecomomic crise
He continued: “The 2018 elections are the cause of the country's problems. A narrative of American conspiracy was created. Later lobbying in America to better ties with Washinton started
“I curse a government that needs the blessings of America. We never accepted American slavery. We have a history of standing firms against foreign agents.
“We have overthrown your government and will never let you form a government. Whoever tweets in favour of Israel is tweeting in favour of you
“Zalmay Khalilzad lobbies for Israel as well as for you. Today people are confused. We talk about the people. we want public problems to end.
“Our alliance was made for fair and transparent elections. If Parliament can summon the army chief, it can also summon the judges of the judiciary. Constitutional problems were created in the country. Saqib Nisar became a major cause of problems.
“They know what will happen to them in the upcoming elections. “Where did they take the country's debts from? “We have to fix our problems. Foreign agents have nothing to do with our problems.
“Ms Benazir Bhutto embraced martyrdom.,our MPs were martyred. Why the Israeli allies remained silent? Why Zalmay has not noticed Dr Aafia? We have reached an agreement. We have joined hands for the sake of the country. We made this country a nuclear power.
“We gave this country a unified constitution. “He (Imran Khan) did not work for the nation. He just went for politics of hurling abuses and dirty politics. Two months after the end of the government, Zalmay Khalilzad comes to Pakistan and meets Imran at Bani Gala.
“On Imran's request, Zalmay Khalilzad meets General Bajwa. We reiterate our resolve to continue our struggle for the sovereignty of the state. You want your army chief, DGI in the country. “I also know the limits and politics”
Opposition leader Shehzad Wasim's said he made a request for providing everyone with a chance to express their views.
"All the viewpoints will be presented before the public," he said.
He added: "The decisions on March 23 this year were black days. The decision made on this year’s Pakistan Day (March 23) was dark. The Constitution of Pakistan was violated. The Election Commission has a responsibility and it should abide by the law and follow the top court’s orders.
"In 2003 and 2013, the situation was worse. Elections were held despite bad conditions. If we criticize the Election Commission, they say it has been insulted."
