Security men Wednesday killed six terrorists in an intelligence-based operation in the North Waziristan district, ISPR said.

During the fire exchange, one of the soldiers sustained injuries, the military media wing said, adding that the security personnel also recovered arms, ammunition and explosive material during the operation.

The dead remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities including target killing, extortion, and abduction of civilians. The hunt for the terrorists is on.

Locals lauded the security forces for wiping out terrorists and expressed their full support to eliminate terrorism.
