Police beat back terror attack on Bannu post

Unidentified gunmen attacked a police post in Kangar Pul area of Bannu again late Monday night but failed to cause any damage due to the alert cops, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Police said that a terrorist was killed in the clash with the cops in the limits of the same police station.
However, the terrorists escaped after the retaliatory fire by the police personnel.
No loss of life or property was reported, the police said.
