Security across Balochistan has been put on high alert ahead of Eid, as authorities take extensive measures to ensure public safety, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Sunday.
According to the report, Balochistan Police, Levies, and Frontier Corps (FC) personnel have been directed to conduct special patrols, carry out thorough checks, and closely monitor any suspicious individuals or objects.
The channel reported that a comprehensive security plan has been finalised for Eid-ul-Fitr.
Security sources confirmed that as part of these precautions, 2,500 personnel will be deployed in Quetta, the provincial capital, to maintain law and order during the festivities.
Authorities have urged citizens to remain vigilant and cooperate with law enforcement agencies to ensure a peaceful Eid celebration.
