Govt abolishes minimum price condition on 25 surgical items

The federal government has nullified the minimum price requirement on the export of 25 surgical instruments, reported 24NewsHD TV on Thursday.
Earlier, a minimum export price was required for 25 surgical instruments.
According to the notification issued by ministry of commerce, exporters will now be able to export surgical instruments at any price.
The condition was lifted at the request of Surgical Instruments Manufacturing Association of Pakistan (SIMAP).
