Former Balochistan CM, other political leaders join PPP after meeting with Zardari

Former Chief Minister of Balochistan Abdul Qudous Bizenjo and several other political leaders from the province joined the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) after meeting with its President and former President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
The meeting took place at Zardari House in Islamabad on Thursday.
Among those who joined the PPP were former Minister of Balochistan Government Sikandar Imrani, leader of Balochistan Awami Party Syed Nizamuddin, Syed Hameed, Naseer Ahmed Bizenjo, Mir Abdul Wahab Bizenjo and others.
They expressed their confidence in the leadership and vision of Zardari and his son, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
Zardari welcomed the new entrants to the party and said that PPP was the only party that could address the issues and grievances of the people of Balochistan. He said that PPP had always given priority to the development and empowerment of Balochistan and its people.
He also praised the role of Bizenjo as the former Chief Minister of Balochistan and said that he had worked for the welfare and stability of the province.
Zardari said that PPP would continue to raise its voice for the rights of Balochistan and its people at every forum.
He said that PPP was committed to strengthening democracy, federalism and national unity in the country. He also thanked Ali Hassan Zahri, a senior PPP leader from Balochistan, for facilitating the meeting and bringing the political leaders to the party fold.
