Islamabad police trace missing wife of Vietnam’s ambassador

Islamabad police have traced the wife of the Vietnamese ambassador, who went missing in the federal capital, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Tien Phong himself contacted the police helpline 15 to report his wife's disappearance.
According to the ambassador, his wife left for the beauty parlor at 11 am and after four hours she neither reached the parlor nor returned home.
Moreover, the woman had left her mobile phone and wallet at home. Upon receiving the complaint, the police swiftly initiated a search operation to locate the missing woman.
Police said that with the help of Safe City cameras and cellular technology, 7 police teams took part in the search operation and found the woman. She was sent home along with her husband.
IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi appreciated the efforts of DIG Operations and his team.
Earlier, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi took notice of the incident and directed IG Islamabad to take all necessary measures for the safe recovery of the missing wife of the Ambassador of Vietnam.
On Interior Minster’s directives, IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi along with DIG Ali Raza arrived at the residence of the Ambassador and briefed him about the search operation.
IG Islamabad also took a briefing from SSP Safe City, SSP Investigation, and SSP Operations.
