Pakistani star batter Saim Ayub got injured during the second Test match between Pakistan and South Africa in Cape Town on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
On the first day of the Test match, Saim Ayub suddenly fell on ground when his ankle turned while fielding.
The national team’s physician came in the field and started Saim Ayub’s physical checkup and decided to shift him to hospital for further check-up and treatment.
