Robber steals money from Arifwala mosque’s cash-box

A robber in Arifwala stole the money from the cash-box of a mosque, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

It can be seen in the CCTV footage that a man approached the cash box placed outside along the main gate of the mosque. He somehow unlocked the box and took away all the cash, deposited by the namazis.

The robber then walked away from the scene.

The robbery sent shock waves among the locals.

Last year a video footage was also emerged in which it could be seen that a man successfully took away the donation box of the mosque.

The Punjab cabinet has approved the reopening of the shrines across the province including Lahore that were closed amid the third wave of pandemic.
