17-year-old youth sodomized, two held for posting video on social media

A 17-year-old boy was sexually assaulted in Lahore’s Sherakot area on Thursday and after the heinous act, the accused shared the video of the incident on social media, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

According to police, FIR was registered against the suspects on the complaint of victim's uncle. According to uncle, his nephew was lured to a house by the accused, where the victim was given an intoxicating substance and was sodomized. 

The FIR states that accused Imran committed the assault, while Faizan and Shabbir filmed and spread the video. 

According to police key accused has sought bail from the court while co accused who were responsible for sharing the video have been arrested. 

The victim family alleges that police was supporting key accused who is freely moving around the neighbourhood.
