PML-Q’s intra-party polls due on April 12

The intra-party elections of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid-e-Azam (PML-Q) at the central and provincial levels will be held on April 12 following the party head Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain’s nod, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Chaudhry Shujaat will be the candidate for the seat of the president, Chaudhry Salik Hussain for the seat of the senior vice president while Tariq Hassan will be the candidate for the seat of central general secretary.
On the other hand, Tariq Bashir Cheema has excused himself from contesting the elections.
