Islamabad United wear black armbands in solidarity with Rumman Raees

Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Islamabad United took to the field on Wednesday wearing black armbands as a mark of respect and solidarity with their teammate Rumman Raees, whose sister has recently passed away.

In a heartfelt gesture of unity and compassion, the team has announced that it will dedicate today’s match to Rumman Raees and his grieving family. 

The entire squad has expressed its deep sorrow over the loss and extended prayers and condolences to Raees during this difficult time.

Islamabad United, in an official statement, expressed heartfelt sympathies and support for the seasoned pacer. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Rumman Raees and his family. The whole team stands with him in this time of sorrow," the team said.
