Noor Muqaddam Case: Court dismisses accused gardener, cook’s bail plea

A local court of Islamabad on Tuesday dismissed the bail plea of the gardener and cook accused in the Noor Muqaddam case.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the accused gardener Jan Muhammad and cook Jameel had submitted applications for their post-arrest bails in the court of Additional Session Judge Atta Rabbani.

On the applications of post-arrest bails, the judge had reserved the decision on last hearing and now on Tuesday, he issued it.

Separately, in the court, therapy clinic owner Tahir Zahoor filed an application seeking registration of another case against the main accused and his parents.

The court did not impress by his plea for registering another case against the accused family and dismissed the case.
