Attorney General to present arguments in military courts case in SC tomorrow

The Attorney General will present his arguments tomorrow in the hearing of the case against declaring the trial of civilians in military courts null and void in Supreme Court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 
A seven-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin is hearing the case. 
Justice Jamal Mandokhel, Justice Musarat Hilali, and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar are part of the bench. 
Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, and Justice Shahid Bilal are also part of the bench. 
Defence Ministry lawyer Khawaja Haris continued to present arguments in reply. 
Justice Jamal Mandokhel asked Khawaja Haris, You should complete your arguments in 20 minutes. Not in 20 minutes, but I will complete my arguments today, lawyer Khawaja Haris replied. Justice Jamal Mandokhel remarked that no arrest can be made without an FIR, nor can anyone be detained without a magistrate's order. 
Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that cases were registered against the accused in the May 9 incidents under the Official Secrets Act; the army did not register any FIR directly.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case related to the trial of civilians in military courts until tomorrow. 
Defence Ministry lawyer Khawaja Haris will continue his arguments tomorrow as well. The court directed Khawaja Haris to complete his arguments within half an hour tomorrow.
