The Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued fresh guidelines for private Hajj pilgrims ahead of the 2025 pilgrimage, announcing that only 23,620 pilgrims will be able to perform Hajj under the Private Hajj Scheme this year.
A spokesperson from the ministry emphasised that the updated list of Hajj service providers and quotas has been published on the official website and the Pak Hajj 2025 mobile app, urging all registered pilgrims to immediately verify the status of their Hajj applications and contracts.
Private Hajj companies have been strictly instructed to issue updated Hajj forms and contracts to their pilgrims in line with their approved quotas. The ministry has also set April 18 as the final deadline for the issuance of Hajj visas, in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
To facilitate a smooth experience, pilgrims are advised to regularly check the Pak Hajj app for important updates and to ensure all documents are in order before the deadline.
Additionally, the Ministry has reminded private Hajj operators to comply fully with the official instructions and avoid delays in visa processing. Pilgrims facing issues can register their complaints via the helpline numbers 051-9218571 and 051-9207519 or email at s omonitoring@mora.gov.pk.
The ministry reiterated that it is working closely with Saudi authorities to ensure a safe, transparent, and well-coordinated pilgrimage for all Pakistani pilgrims this year.
