4th double murder case emerges in Bhera in a month

Another incident of double murder occurred in Bhera in which a woman and her 10-year-old child were shot dead on Malikwal road, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to police, Adnan, resident of Ratokala Town, was going to village Chant along with his wife and 10-year-old kid on his motorbike when two unknown motorcyclists opened fire at them on Tuesday night. As a result, his wife and child died on the spot and Adnan sustained serious injuries.
Police sent the dead bodies and injured man to THQ Hospital in Bhera.
The motive behind the killing is yet to be ascertained.
This is the fourth double murder case in Bhera in the last 30 days.
On June 14, a cuckold man found and killed his wife and his brother who were eloped in Ali Pur village in Bhera.
On June 4, a man killed his wife and son for reasons unknown in Bhera and later turned himself in.
The suspect reportedly strangled his wife to death whereas he killed his son by striking a stick on his head.
On May 21, a man shot dead his daughter and her mother-in-law. He was reportedly unhappy over his daughter's marriage.
His daughter Hina married Zubair some eight months ago and was six months pregnant at the time of murder.
