Estimated cost of Punjab's new financial year expenditures to touch Rs2244b

Punjab Finance Department has reported that the estimated cost of Punjab's new financial year expenditures will be Rs2244 billion, which shows an increase of Rs 170 billion, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to details, the expenditures in the current financial year were estimated at 2074 billion rupees. While in the previous financial year, the estimated expenditures were 1667 billion rupees.
A further increase in the current expenditure statistics is also expected which can be further increased in the wake of federal budget expenditures. The finance department has presented the recommendations to the government on the budget for the new financial year.
