Lesco reduces price of AMI bi-directional meters by Rs10,000

Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) has reduced the price of AMI bi-directional meters used in solar systems, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The company reduced the price of AMI bi-directional meters by Rs10,000.
LESCO has set the new price of AMI bi-directional meters at Rs42,000.
Earlier, LESCO was issuing a demand notice of Rs52,000.
LESCO has set the new price by including other charges including stores.
The company had banned green bi-directional meters in November last year.
After the ban, consumers were given a demand notice for AMI bi-directional meters.
