Five-judge IHC larger bench to hear contempt case against Imran Khan

Five-judge larger bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC), headed by Chief Justice Athar Minallah, will hear the contempt of court case against PTI Chairman Imran Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Other members of the bench are Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb, Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jehangiri.

The five-member larger bench was formed by CJ Athar Minallah after he returned to office today after vacations. He had gone abroad from July 12 to August 25.

Justice Minallah will formally hear cases from Monday. In his absence, Justice Amir Farooq acted as acting IHC chief justice.
